Ordered takeout. I got the steak tip salad and it was delicious. Lots of steak and cooked perfectly. My husband got a chicken sandwich and enjoyed it.

The food was so flavorful it was Fantastic. We showed up for the lunch hours, prices were not to bad with extras. I am not a big fan of nachos for an app. but so glad i tried them the chicken that topped it was great. The waiter was very nice, and friendly. Steak was on point with perfection. The back of the house defiantly takes pride in what they do and it shows with a wonderful meal.

Convenient spot lots of parking, went for lunch on weekday , we were greeted right away and seated , the staff was pleasant and our order was taken and we were served quickly . I had salad + baked haddock and my guest had onion soup + meatloaf dinner reasonably priced, was excellent we will be back

Great service, we had a large party and our waitress did amazing making sure we all got what we ordered and we were served in a timely manner. Food tastes like what you would expect, very delicious and worth the price. I had the texas burger, ask for well done if you want it a little pink but not bloody. The spinach dip, onion rings, and zucchini fries were great apps!

We were a party of seven including wheelchair. Although we hadn't called to make a reservation, our timing great. We were seated at a large table in a convenient side room adjacent to the main dining area but close to the entryway. We were warmly welcomed, the food was truly phenomenal,and the service was absolutely superlative. Our waitress went out of her to make us feel relaxed as we reminisced over old times as we enjoyed our meals. Because the first experience was so delightful, I'll return tomorrow to meet with other relatives. Whether the occasion might be special or simply lunch, I cannot adequately express the joy we all felt during our delightful dining experience.

Kathy was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered delicious appetizers and then were presented with our yummy meal. Great food, wonderful service, and the atmosphere was sophisticated and pleasant.

Went for the first time ordered the spinach artichoke dip,tavern salad and French onion soup.it was all amazing! Fresh and hot salad dressing is a house dressing that they NEED to bottle and sell at the door! Our server was amazing,friendly not pushy very accommodating. I will definitely be back...

We enjoyed the delicious food and amazing atmosphere at Jimmy’s. However, the best part was the incomparable service. We are two mom friends who were dining with our young adult children, both of whom have Down syndrome. Our waiter, Felipe, treated these young adults with patience and respect. He made and sustained eye contact with them, spoke directly to them asking questions, giving information, and clarifying responses. Although we should be able to expect this, the reality is that relatively few people possess this level of comfort when encountering neurodivergent people. We also found Denise, the manager to be kind and respectful. Believe me when I say that even in 2026, we don’t always feel this welcome or wanted in public venues! This was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Felipe and Denise.

Every-time I come by here I think to myself, I need to try this place, I need to try place, so Today I did just that. As I walked into this building the atmosphere of this place is amazing and comfortable. I do love the Architecture on the inside of this building as well. I started off on having some New England Clam Chowder and I have to say…the best Chowder Ive had so far. The waitresses were amazing as well. Then, I decided to try their Teriyaki Steak 9oz, cooked Medium…The best steak I’ve had in my life. They also have a Dessert menu which has plenty of options for you and the family to enjoy. Jimmy’s Tavern is the best restaurant in town. Even know they are a bit expensive, nothing will stand in my way of trying new places and experiences new things. Ill be returning to this restaurant soon…Hungry for more!!

Food was good, the Service is slow. The server was nice but didn't seem very happy to be here. I got the cheeseburger and fries, it's good. My daughter got the kids cheeseburger and fries, she liked it, and my son got the kids spaghetti and he devoured it. My daughter and I both tried the spaghetti and we liked the spaghetti as well. We will most likely be back several times seeing as though we came here for dinner before her gymnastics and she just started for the season. It was good.
